Maybe it is very shiny in hand. the coin has many hit marks probably from the manipulation of the bags. For this year only 67 and plus is worth. sorry your coin I doubt will reach 62

This may be MS...but I wouldn't bet on it...looks like some field issues on the obverse and some circulation wear on the shield. If it is MS it is a crappy one. MS60-MS61...too many scratches.
