As stated, we need to see full pictures of both sides ( this should be automatic with any post)
It looks to be within tolerance and just poorly centered.
A miscut bill would have part of the printing missing.
To me it's a spender.

Just be aware, guys, when you ask for "full pictures of both sides" of a banknote, it may be technically impossible. Some cameras, scanners and image-processing software are deliberately designed to refuse to image or process entire images of banknotes.

I've heard this before. I've been scanning and photographing notes for over 15 years and have yet to experience this in any form.

Interesting. I've used scanners from three different companies over the last decade and never had a problem either.

for some devices image blocking happens only if eurion constellations are found, which older notes do not contain

I use a full frame dslr with 24 megapixels and it's never been an issue to upload a full size picture. So the above is not correct.

Also this is just a common note. Why does the op think it's an error?

Can't determine if miscut without pics of both sides. We're still at square one.

Kratz. Cutting errors happen when the sheets fail to align properly during the last stage of creating a banknote: the cutting process. Both sides of the note will be affected by this error so thats why they are asking for photos of both sides if you can. Typically, in order to qualify for a Cutting Error, a small portion of the adjacent note must be visible or (when the error occurs at the edge of the sheet) a small portion of the note's design must be cut off.
Misaligned notes are a different type of error that will appear well-centered on one side and off-center on the other side which is another reason to look at both sides of the bill. https://www.pmgnotes.com/news/artic...tember-2021/
