Going to need better close-up photos.

I wish I could take jam up photos every time but I'm subpar at best. I will try for sure. Is the doubling on the seven evident enough? I have pictures of lots of what appears to be doubling all over the coin, from different angles but the seven is the eye catcher for me personally.

I've been trying for the last hour for better pictures and I think these posted are about best I can get. Its hard for me to understand how I see a seven clear as day under the top seven and when zoomed in on the first picture I see an L and M. I really wonder about this page sometimes

Your arrows are not helping. Images need to be sharper and at least twice as large.

Looks like a partial Grease Fill on those devices. The grease prevents the tops of the devices from forming. Not a die chip. Why? Because a die chip would be a void on the die and the opposite would show on a coin. The area would be irregular and raised, not incuse. So it not a die chip, but a partial Grease Fill on those devices.

I think the bottom of the 7 took a slight hit, as for the top of the 7, can't tell it is too far away and blurry to me. When I zoom in on your photo it gets all pixelated. Use your cell phone zoom function and hold it above the coin. (for a half dollar, I use 3x zoom setting and it works well.
