I've seen the price for these in the PCGS price guide, does the die cracks hurt or help this coin? And would you send this in to be graded? Please help. Thank you.

Way too many little blemishes on this coin for it to be worth sending in for grading. You'd have to have it grade MS-68 or higher for it to be worth it, and that would be an unlikely grade for your coin.

Those are die cracks, the picture don't really show as a Crack, but they are.

I see more scratches than die cracks, but in any case, this is likely just worth face value and not a candidate for grading.

Don't know what you have seen on PCGS, other than 68 or better. This is nowhere close to 68. I suggest studying the information on this site. That way you'll know what you have. The only crack I see is on the bottom neck, that is an area that is a common spot for them on these quarters, it adds no value to this coin. The crack would have to be pretty significant to add anything to a coin.

Muncie, I send to all TPG's the 1999 take from special souvenir sets gived to me by an official state person and all returned 67. They do not want to give more. This was one of my tests with the TPG.
