So it looks to be Machine Doubling to me.
I quite like the look of this type of doubling, but most others don't seem that bothered with it.
Even though it can be caused by the die bouncing back against the struck coin, it doesn't seem to be accepted as a mint error, nor is it generally a desirable thing.
I still can't get my head around that, but that is just me.
One of the US members (Coop) has done some very detailed topics regarding doubled dies v's Machine Doubling, but again, I just can't seem to get a handle on it.
If you click on search and type in doubling, you will find many articles written by members dealing with the different types.
The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.

Yes I seen the doubling topics and images
I didn't need magnifying too see this one thou
Even the shield and roo has a little doubling
On this coin.
