This should be in the Ancients/Medieval section.

It's probably an issue of Laodicea ad Mare, with Artemis obverse and left-facing head of a boar on the reverse.

Thanks for the better picture of the reverse. The legend is likely MΛAYN and the coin is probably from Blaundos, Lydia, with Apollo bust obverse, bow and quiver reverse. There is either ΔEΩN or monograms to the right of the bow. Not exact matches here, but similar:
