Hi all,
Thinking Machine Doubling, But would that show only on the (RUS)and the (7)? Most of the coin's I've found have it on the date and mintmark

Machine Doubling can show anywhere on the design. It doesn't have to cover certain areas. The important thing is all of it looks alike. It's flat, has no notching, and takes away from normal device thickness.

Keep it, mark it, and use it for future reference.
