Here is another PMD that might be confused for a strike through error. I think this one is a PMD Half Dollar. No uplift on the reverse, appears to me the reverse may have been sanded down. Please Comment.

Agree, it is PMD.
You can't have the rim only showing on one side.
The reverse has been ground down.

Dearborn, someone for sure did sanded this coin. That was my first clue too no rim. Plus the scratches.
