I've recently found this 2003 Lincoln Cent. I believe it has a doubled ear. I see no contact marks and the surface is not flat. Any opinions please.

Going to need better photos but I do not think it is a doubled ear. Feel free to use the search box upper left of page for tons of info about doubled ears.

Type doubled ear in the search box. Look at those photos and take pics of your coin the same way. Obviously choose the better looking most useful pictures to duplicate.

The earlobe is normal in side. It is a contact mark on the year. Not a doubled earlobe. On the doubled earlobes these have a raised area, the enlarges the size of the devices. On your coin is in an incuse mark on the normal design. Not a doubled die. Want to see more about this subject. Check out these images of doubled earlobes and see how the design/fields are showing doubling as the design will show spread and will be raised on these areas. Enlarge the images below to see what I'm pointing out on these.
