I agree, the mark on the chin does not match up for a clash.

In ngc I dont see any graded coin with this variety of this date, do you think it is worth grading?

If it a normal coin, why spend up to $50 to put it in a holder that is only worth face value? Getting the money back on slab fees will never happen. It has to make you money in order to put the expense out for the tomb, that coin will exist in.

 absolutely with Coop. You may see coins of low $$ value that have been sent in for grading but this usually is done in bulk (say from Mint/Proof sets) to try and get that one MS-72 grade (sarcasm intended.) KK
