Bad photos, very bad photos.
Reverse seems prooflike but obverse doesn't, so it won't get PL. You can get way nicer ones of these for your money, as there are plenty in high grades. This looks like it might just get about MS63 but the cheek hit is quite deep so perhaps it won't climb out of MS62 territory. You can get one slabbed in MS64 for 90 Euros.

I agree. On the later photos you can see the cheek is badly scratched.

That said, I believe mid- and high MS common date Morgans are not plentifully available in Europe, not for well below 100€.
They can be found but it takes hunting. Professional dealers typically ask for more, especially if they are slabbed (which I do not care for anyway).

Or can you point me to a good source I do not know about?

If you're patient you can get a better one for a good price.

There's no reason to buy a problem coin just because there's not that many in your area.
You realize when you know how to think, it empowers you far beyond those who know only what to think.

Looks like lots of marks on this one. MS-63 "maybe" semi proof-like.
