I have searched and searched but cannot find this coin. Any help would be appreciated.

Any searching on vamworld.com? It does not look like an O/CC over-mintmark to me. That die crack connecting the date to the point of the neck might be diagnostic for a certain VAM, but that website should help you out.

I do see that yes but there are also some other possible things going on. The die polishing lines in her nose lips and ear. There looks to be a small bit of clashing on the left top wreath where it looks like small a circle? I don't have the coin with me but I'm not sure if the that is a die crack that goes down the M in UNUM or if it's a scratch on the case. Also looks like some doubling on the star to the right of the date. I know it's hard to tell from the photos but it almost looks like something is behind the first 0 in the date. I tried to magnify the photo but it probably just made it worse. Also wanted to ask what makes all those grooves and shapes on the letters showing especially on the reverse.
