Really hard with those pics to make a call either way.
Need to see a well focused shot of both sides out of the capsule.
Not an overly rare coin with 3.8 million produced in Melbourne and Sydney, but a good collector coin.
That's my 2 cents worth anyway.

I'd say EF but maybe there's some rim damage based on the first photo?
