I have repeatedly researched the world wide web finding that I have the only coin like this so far and I have contacted PCGS for information only getting told that they wanted me to personally bring the coin to the nearest location of theirs for the most definite answer but I'm broke and cannot travel the two hour drive unless I have a little background information on it first they also recommended I did not send it to them in the mail they would rather have it in person so anybody have any ideas help please thank you

@pen, first welcome to CCF. Second, it looks like you are talking about an area of darker color on that star. Is that right? Any chance of you posting a nice closeup of just that area? Thx.

Ok yes that is super. It is odd how much this looks like a number one, but that is just Pareidolia. The darker area most likely is surface staining along the high points of that star. I don't believe that it is a region of improper alloy mixing or anything like that. It will be interesting to read what others think about your coin as the morning progresses.
