Incredible coin @Spence! I knew you had one of those but lost track a bit so hadn't realized we've actually gotten that far already.
The 1374 Aachen groschen is extremely expensive (even the 1375 is hardly cheap...), so we probably wouldn't see another AD dated coin in here unless we make it all the way to the 1250s and those weird Crusader Acre types.
On my own end I've almost forgotten that 776 AH was my own entry...

Obverse (?): hexagram, with dots between rays; six-pointed asterisk in center, apparently also with dots between rays; all within round border
Reverse (?): date (reads as x86, but probably 776), Arabic inscription above (illegible on this example); all within round border, which is apparently within dotted border

Note that the Zeno link in Numista 309426 is not directly relevant - it points to a category of Golden Horde issues that AFAICT does not include anything similar. The relevant Zeno coins are in
category 13763, which is a catch-all entry for unattributed Anatolian AE types.
I'm not sure of the origin of the 776 attribution; wherever it comes from, it seems clear that my coin belongs to the same set as the four Zeno coins and the Numista coin, so if they're dated 776 then so is mine.
Vaguely recall reading somewhere that it's been tentatively reclassified as a Golden Horde issue, on account of the known findspots being in Crimea.
(I suspect that my coin was probably originally from the same area, given
the context of its purchase.)
[EDIT: compare the anepigraphic issues listed under
Numista 301429. It looks like the reference I've read was
Numista topic 80345. On Zeno apparently most of those got listed under Menteshe as well.]
