Its Ike dollar party time!!! My 40% Silver bicentennial set I got gifted by a very kind member here for Christmas 2020. Papua New Guinea, Silver proof 5 Kina San Marino 100 Lire - the 3 towers. Some really great coins from all of you in the year of my birth! All of the coins have survived in better shape than me, except one certain Ike dollar

Quote:@ Princetane, I'm shocked that you have so many US coins now... But are you ready for 1936 Leopards can change their spots and a takes a big walrus to admit his mistakes. Meanwhile have you ever seen a cat with tusks? (That's me). Also I just landed some more American gems yesterday like a very worn 1918 Walker that cost me next to nothing, a nice 1929 Buffalo and several Mercury dimes along with 3 or 4 silver quarters. Besides are you ready for the Halfcrown and other British silver coin onslaught of 1816 - 1946 and the explosion of George V and Victorian coins coming your way. My collection of these has expanded 10 fold since the last edition of this. My submissions like all of ours are very global at the moment, but by 1920 its going to be "Rule Britannia" with me and a few others (Hint hint NumisRob). Enough jibba jabba - here are some more coins! Malta 5 cents - these coins were minted at The Royal Mint and this was the same size as British shilling/5 pence Polish 20 Zloty - most of their communist coins were aluminium, but higher face value coins were cupronickel, ironically the 20 was also a banknote then.
