1983 Error? Is This Considered A Broad Strike And Cud Error On The Obverse?

I found this coin and it seems to have two errors on the obverse. Is this considered a broad strike on the left side of the cent? Secondly, running below Lincoln's neck out the back of the neck is this considered numerous Cud errors or is there a different terminology for this type of error.
Included is a pic of the obverse of the same coin for reference purposes.
Thanks for your expertise on this matter.

Looks like a slight MAD. Not enough to have a premium though.

Note the devices on the premium ones fall over the edge of the coin and the opposite side will show weakness of strike because the hammer die was not centered over the anvil die. Note the illustration.

Thanks coop and I think I found the answer in another post you commented on regarding the area under Lincoln's neck, I guess it is zinc bubbling.
I found that answer from an older post you answered. LOL
