I'm going to push this one to MS-64 the coin has most of the focal points that I always look for first . though I'm not liking the hits and tics on her skirt .

I thought MS-64 at first sight...nice details...but I'm not seeing the luster...lighting issue?

Excellent strike, I'd say MS-64 if it has full luster.

No wear on the high points, so it has to be some sort of MS grade.
Sufficient number of small dings on the obverse to prevent a 64.
