I'll say no, the ear looks like it took a hit. the mark through it looks way too straight and does not follow any contour of a device.

The area you are look at is incuse. That is a contact mark on the coin. Not a DDO. If it were A DDO, that area would be raised. The ear is just the normal shape with a contact mark on it.
