As I stated in your other topic about a dime: Quote: nice slight MAD strike - but fairly common on the smaller coins like dimes. I think that this brings home how common MADs are on dimes.

This is more than just a run of the mill MAD.
Both sides have the misalignment. And the two misalignments are not across from each other so it's not struck out of collar.
Edit: does it have full reeds around the entire perimeter?

It seems to look half and half like it's half copper and half silver color but it's definitely not read it all the way through the coin

It might be a tilted collar strike as well based on your newest images of the reeding on the edge.
