I recently found this 1976 bicentennial 50cent piece Then noticed the 12th star didn't raise and missing letters in independence hall. I want to know if this would be a valuable coin or?

Please properly crop and rotate photos before posting them...thanks.
Your coin might be a very minor Struck Through Grease with little if any premium.

Yes, appears to be a minor Struck Through Grease issue.
