Hello. Can you help me decipher the anomalous part of the collar, in which there is an image that I do not understand how it was formed. I thank you.

@jos, yes the left side of that part of Abe's collar has taken a hit from the reeded edge of another coin. There are additional small tick marks from circulation as well, but this is all damage.

It might be part of a struck through debris/slight lamination, but there would probably be no interest for one this small. More of a distraction for the coin in value. Just a spender unless you are saving copper cents.

What I was referring to is how it was possible to form that kind of spiral in the collar. Then I inform that I received from my relative of mine for free a lot of almost a thousand cents, where he does not have so much knowledge similar to my. These cents unlike someone who feels experienced.I will no longer show Cent to not make you waste useless time.
