With any high grade coin, especially toned ones, you need to see it in hand. Lighting and angle can make such minor items look massive or hide major issues.

In general, the graders are offering an opinion, they will make mistakes (both ways) and you need to keep that in mind. Overall as I learn their standards, I am thankful they are around as it does make buying/selling much easier.
