Came across this 1999 Jefferson nickel and I am seeking answers if this could be a Double Eye. Will try to post visible pics of said nickel. Thanks for any info.

Not a doubled eye, just damage from one of the numerous hits the coin has taken. PMD

Yes lower on his cheekbone, that combination of hit really does look like an eye! Weird to look at, but all just damage.
