The one on the lower image has a small die chip on the corner of the mouth, these were selling like hot cakes when first discovered, but now you can't give'm away. worth just 25c
Just a small die chip in a convenient location that made them popular when first discovered. Far too many of them out there now to have any value. I think they were called a " Drooling Washington"
This is a die chip given the nickname of Drooling George. Some of these types of die chips can become popular and due to demand start to sell, but if they are commonly found then too much available supply lowers the price as may have happened at the moment in this case. Normally die chips arent of much added value unless they do something interesting to the design for example. Still a nice find and might hold onto it as who knows how many will be around in the future.
They are just die events. Nothing to get excited about. Because they are new, means that there will be a lot of these as the rest of the runs these dies will have as many as 54% of them affected. Too common to buy, to get one.
