Th reverse of this coin has a small crack, or what seems like a crack, through the O in the word Of and it runs down into the word pluribus...more precise, the B
Is this outside damage or done in the minting of the coin ?

Looks like PMD to me. Just a scratch from circulation.

Definitely Post Minting Damage ( PMD)...the coin during circulation was gouged on the reverse.
