You did not get an answer but try again in a couple of months. I personally have posted questions several times on difficult IDs before I found someone that could help.

I can't see much of the obverse, but the reverse reminds me of some John II Comnenus BI trachys from Thessalonica.

Obverse is almost blank, but your hint helped a lot. I've checked and I believe my coin is indeed John II Comnenus trachy from Thessalonica (SB 1952).
