ok I have a different 1981 P quarter do I have the spiting eagle are they worth anything anymore and if it isn't what is it plus what is up with all of them squigly lines

I think the spitting eagle error is the 1983-P.

@pris, normally "squiggly" lines on the surface of a coin are indicative of a coin having been struck by a tired die; however, with the high level of circulation damage on this quarter, I think it is probably just wear and tear.

Maybe (just maybe) remnants of a die clash? I see something odd on the obverse above the bridge of his nose, and also the back of the head above the curl. I found this overlay (thanks Yokozuna!) and it looks possible.

It does look like a clash, but I am not entirely convinced. If so, those would be the heaviest clash marks I've ever seen on a modern coin!

look at the left wing I thought maybe it was a die crack but looking at the picture that dave42 shared it looks similar do you think its worth sending it somewhere to find out what it really is

You has an very aged Die with traces of previous die clash. the crack you see yes are many examples of this kind of cracks in that region.
