The surfaces look polished and there is heavy damage to the obverse. It's showing a groove cut into the surface, most likely from the crimping jaws of a wrapping machine where this coin was on the end of the roll.
This is going to kill any premium value on this clashed die strike.

I too believe the obverse circular damage to be from a Coin Wrapping Machine. It appears to have been gouged while rotating in a circular motion. IMO. KK

You can post this coin on any forum you want. They are here around. You do not believe what we say, OK for me, each has theirs perceptions and imaginations. It is OK for me this. To has more explanations: your coin was re-polish, well circulate and the "spit" how you say is just a scratch.
