That Urbs Roma is my fave, but both are great additions to your collection!

Gorgeous! How did you wind up with two? Indecision, or bid on two hoping to come away with one, and got lucky?

Thanks for the comments guys! IMO..I think these type coins are quite iconic with the heart/ Capital/ Centre of the Roman Empire being moved away from its Italian/Roman roots to its Eastern counterpart Constantinople!.... @tdziemia...I just saw both of these come up for sale pretty much at the same time and grapped them...They weren't expensive and found them both appealing... Paul.

Thanks @Jadey.. I'm not so keen on desert patinas but I'll leave this one as it does actually highlight the detail more.

Very nice additions, what took you so long? I think both are "must haves" in any collection of Romans.Historically significant and great designs. I have to get around to photographing them, but I do have them prominently displayed on my credenza.
