Is this another Machine Doubling or is it 1982P-1DO-002. It's so hard for me to tell. Sorry I'm so dense.

That;s Machine Doubling shelf like images which I arrowed in red that is a hit in the letter you are seeing and a wrong position for a serif

By the way, how do you get those arrows on the pictures ?

And numismo your not dense it takes along time to distinguish all different types of doubling just keep studying an you will grasp it eventually it really isn;t that hard once you know the concept so don;t knock yourself down

I see some reflections on the letters but no md. The pictures are not clear enough to make out.

I just pulled one of these from a roll a few days back, and one thing stands out about the variety coin. The lettering of "IN GOD WE TRUST" due to the doubling is a lot thicker to the naked eye than the regular coin. The lettering looks to be of normal thickness on the coin pictured here. My guess is that any doubling here is probably Machine Doubling. I will post a photo of the one I found in a few minutes....
