Poll Question
Here it is the link for all to see how the modern dies are done by computer added software. We still say Master Hub Die doubling , do you think still exist?

To make a correct poll choice,
one must investigate how the various types of die doubling can happen during coin hub manufacture.
That is a numismatic learning exercise for those who wish to make the effort, and useful info for all CRH'ers.

I would think that hub doubling should be a very rare occurrence, because all dies and hubs should be very critically examined before use.
Laser digital checking of all later generation dies and hubs against the original master die and hub digital models should greatly reduce the human error factor.

If an error is missed, then millions of error coins potentially can be produced, making resulting circulation coins scarce at best, in terms of collector value.

Master Hub doubling is very unlikely as it is computerized as you say. But Master Die, Working Hub, and Working Die (Doubled Dies) Doubling are all still very much possible.
