I can't even guess if I'm seeing anything on this shiney coin, DDR or not at all

Not a DDR. Plating issue,maybe split plating. Something on the top left roof also. A spender.

Probably just fading die scratches on that area. The DDR's are on the center area of bays, not on that side of the coin that year.
