I'm seeing all the high point obverse wear as the result of storage in a 1,000 coin bag and say MS62 as well.

decent strike of the year which some can be a little soft a couple small rim hits on the rev luster looks intact the marks on the cheek are not scratches but just some rub scuffs the coin is MS and imo no less than MS63 and I think it has a shot at MS64
