This 1994 Penny I came across has multiple errors on it and I've never seen one like it. Do I have something rare here or had anybody seen anything like this? And where would I get rid of this at

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to say, that is a normal, but badly corroded, Close AM cent. The inner zinc core is corroding and blistering beneath the copper plating. No value beyond face, I am afraid.

That dreaded zinc rot. Very common on zincoins.
Spend it while there is still something left of it.

I agree with all above, Wide AM has equal space between AM and ME. "A M E"
