Nice florin there otto. I gather that you didn't find it in your pocket change!
It's in pretty good condition for a circulated coin that's 110 years old.
I'm probably the least qualified to rate it but I'll shoot a guess of somewhere between VG and Fine.
With a mintage of 1 million, it ranks 9th in scarcity of 50 something issues.
Do you have other aussie silver that it will sit alongside?

I certainly do. Here's another that I found in my photo archive on this site. I have many others in my collection.

Another nice silver! And again in extremely good condition. 6 pearls, centre diamond, nice pick up.
Do you have a connection to Australia or do you like to collect from a wide range of countries?
I am fairly stuck to Australian coins, although lately I have ventured into British and New Zealand half crowns I just love their look.
I seem to be in a minority there as most of the comment I get about half crowns is fairly negative especially the cupro nickel.
Luckily I don't care!
I have pretty much every silver coin of Australia, with the exception of the 22/21 overdate threepence. Some are very average in condition, some are pretty sharp.
Anyway, I am loving yours, keep them coming.!

ttkoo,
thanks for your interest. I do collect coins from all over the world. I have over 50 Aussies in my collection and some New Zealand. My 1915-H shilling is by far the most valuable. I have that one in the bank safe box.

Um, New Zealand only started minting pennies in 1940.
We were using Britannia Pennies in 1920 - these are British not New Zealand.

That 1920 NZ penny would sit nicely alongside my British 1957 penny!
