To me, these would be too minor to have much value, and die chips of any size are occasionally found on all denominations.

@jody, I can't quite see any die chips with these overall pics, but if there are then yes I agree with @mrw that they aren't going to add numismatic value. Circulated wheat cents are worth somewhere around five cents.
