This penny is not rare or valuable and is worth 1 cent. You are looking for the 1982-D small date struck on a copper 3.1g planchet.

Worth 1 cent.
If it was copper (3.11g), then you would have a winner.
Don't waste a lot of time looking for one though, there
are only about a half dozen known to exist.

Agreed, seeing all the 'bumps' on this coin tells me that this is a zinc coin - the one you want to find is the copper cent
