What is this "notching rule" you speak of? Not really sure what you're trying to ask...

i watched a youtube one of you guy had shared the guy said the 1 will be notched because one will be higher then the other so it will looked like some of rhe devices have a notch to the

Looks like contact damage is more of an issue than what you are looking at. Damage to a coin is a death sentence to a true collector. Want to see what to look for on these cents? Check the sites for that information. That way you will know and train your eye, what to look for on these single squeeze die coins. What you should be looking for, is what you are probably not looking for on coins. View the sites like a road map to help you find your destination.
