Looks like someone took some time to gussy this one up...
Notice how the open fields on her and the devises have the same sheen...
This is not a normal wear pattern for a coin in circulation...which means it has had it's original surfaces tampered with.
Collectors want original surfaces...a
TPG (Third Party Grader) would call this coin "Detail" altered surfaces or cleaned/polished...
The
VAM in this case is not so important...
