i have a 1990s penny that I can't get a good picture of it with my phone. But it definitely doesn't have a mint mark. The 0 in 1990 is almost not there and the last t in trust isn't there. Can anyone tell me anything about this coin? Possibly what it may be worth. I know there is said to be only 200 with no mint make for this date.

Who told you there were only 200 minted?
A no mm means it was minted in Philadelphia and there were over
6 Billion 800 million struck so they are hardly rare.
Also the missing letters are probably due to a partially Grease Filled Die
but will need clear photos to confirm.
The value is 1 cent unless photos show something else.

In 1990 some proof sets did not have the mint mark "s" on the one cent. Which are very rare and worth about 3000 to 4000 dollars. Your coin is a business strike, not a proof. Everything JimmyD said I agree with. But thanks for sharing your find with us.
