I found this interesting looking dime. Is this improperly annealed? I'm pretty new to this hobby, so any information is much appreciated!

@jcg, are you sure that the odd surface toning isn't just due to environmental or chemical exposure?

This it is not annealing problem. In annealing error, the Rim has the same color with the coin's surface, and on cladding coins never will be red. The red come from environmental actions.
