Upper lip gouge running ESE, die crack in the roof above the 2nd column and a die chip in 1/2 of the way up on the 2nd column mentioned in VV ( 2006-D 1c DDR-006, 6-R-VIII) https://doubleddie.com/839244.html Thanks John1, Coop and Makesense.
