1999 Pennsylvania Silver Quarter Or Planchet Error

It looks like a silver quarter but doesn't feel like my older silver quarters. Wondering what all of you experts think? The rim definitely does not show two colors. Report this Post to the Staff

HSN were selling these by the boat load and now they are just an altered surface coin worth face value. Weight will be different on a silver coin and a clad coin: One way you can check is to make a scratch on the reeds to see if the copper is there. If will show up under plating: Your coin is too light to be a silver coin. Report this Post to the Staff
