I usually replace circulation coins in my collections in all countries. un-circulated/proofs in capsules.

Yep this one seems the black coat doesn't want to come off although I haven't tried taking black off it's permanently stained black.

Also this coin is clashed yous can check if you like, but not as prominent as the other 1981 plus this is black.

The black colour is simply from environmental damage. A chlorinated pool might do it, burial in the ground in certain types of soil might do it.

Yes sap was thinking it would be that on black 5 cent I also found these two 20 cent coins out of 10 rolls.

I do have a couple of PMD coins that are interesting one has a gouge mark but looking at gouge I see deep purple and dark crimson red inside the actual gouge mark, I will post soon

Here is a australian 2019 5 cent coin has missing crown and hair and clash on neck area.

Only thing is I'm not sure it is, shouldn't it be affected both sides of coin or rims.leave it too yous too decide I will keep looking
