I have a friend who showed this on Facebook, today. though I think it's not worth much, I do think it's real, and decided on posting her , can u help identifying, it's existence and ,if possible, it's worth

What year is the coin? If it is not a 1942-1945 nickel, it can't be a mintmark in that area. If it is a mintmark, then it is a part silver nickel and has part silver melt value. But there won't be more than one mintmark on that area. So we need to know what date you have and see a closer view of the mintmark. The other areas are not mintmark areas. Just the center over the building.

There will be mintmarks on just that area. So a closer view on that area would be helpful to answer your question.
