I would say ms64
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Decent coin but the cheek is likely rougher in hand than it looks in the photos. Another 63 from me.

From those images I'd say MS63. Might go MS64.

a little too much glare may be hiding some things we cant see. this is a nicely struck 00(P) as they tend to be weak. luster is there but its very difficult to see the cheek due to lighting. it looks like there are several marks on brow, under eye and on cheekbone  . without better photos the coin looks like a net MS64

Could be MS64, photos certainly look it. Depends how deep the marks are. Certainly MS63.

Slightly out of focus photos...MS60 +. No way 63-64 opinion without better pics...shadows hide a lot....

Clean cheeks are paramount on MS Morgan's. I can see a 64 on this one.
