I think it makes xf40. Obverse looks stronger than reverse. Stars and wreath leaves weakly struck.

I'll say VF-30. No way this makes 40. Almost no definition in hair above Liberty.

I'll split the difference between the previous posters and say VF-35. I don't think there's quite enough detail to get to XF.

I just got in hand today. Totally original surfaces, beautiful original patina with slightly lustrous fields.
I am torn between VF35 and XF40 but I am usually quite conservative when it comes to grading so VF35 is my grade.
