No doubt it's an MS60, but without seeing the full coins obverse and reverse , a definite higher rating can't be determined by those photos not showing a full coin.There could be more rim dings not seen by the pics and there are some face scratches that need to be observed more closely with a magnifier.
The obverse looks really good as far as there seems to be llttle wear on the curls near the ear and the breast feathers look good on the reverse.I like to check the cotton blossoms on the obverse and see if the seeds are visible and mot worn flat.
Personally I stay away from toning as toning in some cases can "hide" slight imperfections. As the fellow who just said it could be a "62' grade ,that's possible and could be higher on closer examination.I've been collecting since 1980 and have made mistakes , but you need learn on higher mintage less costly coins first, so you don't pay for costly errors.
