No way this is a 65. Price for 65 is 4X 64 price. I was going to say 64, but think the reverse may hold it to a 63.

Not surprised at all. I have seen worse in a 65 holder.

Remember that we are grading from 2d photos and therefore can't see how light the contact marks really are. In my opinion, from the photos, I don't quite see it at MS65 but I think MS63 isn't right either. I think this should have been MS64+ .

After looking at the new photo I am at ms64 as the marks look lighter than in the first set. Still dont agree with a 65 without seeing the coin in hand.

So true. Photo lighting usually makes the marks look far worse than they are plus the photos blow the coin up to 20x or so. I think the TPG's use 10x glass for grading but not positive.

IGE- The TPG's don't use a 10x glass for grading.

They grade it naked eye first, then IF needed, they use a 5x.

Some of the best/top graders of all time only grade naked eye.

Of course this doesn't apply when varieties, errors, problem coins are in play.
